Type A. Serious citation. Imminent or substantial risk to children. The regulator requires corrective action immediately and may impose a civil penalty.
Type B. Lower-severity citation. Corrective action required, no imminent risk. The regulator monitors compliance on the next visit.

OPERATION OF A FAMILY CHILD CARE HOME
(a) The licensee shall be present in the home and shall ensure that children in care are supervised at all times. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA Sanchez observed children unsupervised for a period of 10 minutes, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
