Correction check·November 17, 2025

On 11/17/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Sumayya Habeebulla arrived unannounced to conduct a Plan of Correction (POC) visit to follow up on AB2866 requirements which were noted on the annual inspection conducted on 10/16/2025. Present during the visit was Licensee, and six childcare children. During the visit, LPA inspected the in-ground pool area, and the following were observed and or discussed. LPAs observed the following corrections completed: \302\267 Lifesaving ring approved by U.S. Coast Guard with documentation \302\267 Water pool alarm that meets ATSM F2208 with documentation \302\267 Mandated Reporter correction has been completed on 1010/18/2025 The following correction was not completed by Licensee requested an extension of two weeks to completely drain the pool, clean, and refill the pool and complete the required treatment. Licensee will also clean the backyard play area during this period. Licensee stated that all the pending corrections will be completed by 12/01/2025. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Carol Cruz, and a copy of this report was provided to the applicant on this date. A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years.
