What Happened
Annual inspection with multiple critical deficiencies: hazardous items were not stored inaccessibly, facility records including current roster and disaster drill documentation were missing, pool door is not self-latching creating safety hazard, and multiple staff certifications and background clearances incomplete or expired.

- Pool on premises with wrought iron fence (5 ft 2 in with 4-inch openings); door is NOT self-latching
- Children's records NOT complete
- Employee records NOT complete
- Mandated reporter training NOT completed
- Pediatric CPR and First Aid expired (2/2022)
- All adults requiring background checks have NOT received all required clearances and/or exemptions
