OPERATION OF A FAMILY CHILD CARE HOME
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that upon LPA's arrival, licensee was in the front yard with an infant while four children ages 3-4 were asleep inside, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that bleach was left in an unlatched cupboard and insecticide was left in the backyard. Children were asleep during inspection therefore not an immediate risk. This posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the cupboard under kitchen sink (cleaning products and bleach) was left unlatched; knife drawer was unlatched - within reach of children. Children were asleep during inspection therefore not an immediate risk. This posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the stairs do not have a gate. Children pass the stairs when entering/exiting home and there isn't another safety gate to the dining room where the stairs are located. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
