Facility-requested visit·February 27, 2023

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Ana Noble conducted a Case Management inspection on February 27, 2023 for the purpose of touring and measuring the Preschool Classrooms. The Licensee is adding a new infant program to this facility. There is current changes in the use of classroom from Preschool to Infants. The Preschool classroom will now be using ONLY Classroom #3-6. Classroom 1, 2 and 7 are no being used by Preschool and being used by the Infant Program (#336300651). Due to the changes in the Classrooms and there being only 7 toilets (1 which is located in the office designated for pre school children) the Director will be decreasing the capacity to a total of 96 Preschool children. There are no deficiencies being cited at this time. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the facility representative, Rachel Smith. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
