On 08/12/2025 at approximately 10:05am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gabriela Hernandez arrived unannounced at the above-listed address to follow up on corrections cited for Complaint Number 10-CC-20250612090846. During the visit, the LPA conducted a walkthrough of the facility, took a census of the children present, and made observations relevant to the previously cited concerns. The purpose of this inspection was to confirm that the licensee has implemented the required corrective actions and is now in compliance with the applicable provisions of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations. The facility was operating within its licensed capacity. There were 14 children present with Licensee and Assistant. Physical environment was safe, sanitary, and free from hazards. Previously cited deficiencies were reviewed and verified as corrected. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the Licensee Claudia Garcia. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview.
