Based on interview and observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival, LPA was informed that Dora Castro was no longer the site supervisor. Per staff present, the change had been made about 3 months but never reported to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office, as required. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement was not being met as evidenced by opening/closing staff not having current CPR/1st aid training. This poses a potential risk to the Health and Safety of the children in care.
