Furthermore, it was disclosed that when children are experiencing challenging behaviors the facility staff will redirect children, encourage positive interactions with friends, encourage children to participate in separate activities away from a child who they have conflict with, make accommodations for children to sit at different tables during lunch time, have conferences with Authorized Representatives to discuss inappropriate and ongoing behavioral challenges and lastly will disenroll children, if necessary. This agency has investigated the complaint regarding the above allegation. Based on the interviews conducted and documentation collected, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding of unsubstantiated means, although the allegations may have happened, or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the allegations occurred. No deficiencies cited during this inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Katherine Pasely, Licensee/Director.
