What the inspector wrote

On February 10, 2022 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Elyse Jones and Justin Giese conducted a Case Management-Other. Licensee was not home upon arrival. LPAs called the Licensee and she arrived five minutes later. No children were present during the inspection. Current days and hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:45AM-12:30PM. Based on the above, the facility was found to be in compliance with Title 22, at this time. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND IS TO BE POSTED IN A PROMINENT LOCATION AT THE FACILITY FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS.

    PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS

    Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet Personnel Requirements which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the record review LPA reviewed a CPR/1st Aid that expired on 7-14-2021. Licensee stated she does not have a current CPR/1st Aid card available for review.

  • OPERATION OF A FAMILY CHILD CARE HOME

    Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet Operation of a Family Child Care Home which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the record review LPA reviewed a fire drill log with a date of 12-25-2022. Licensee stated she has not completed a fire drill since she reopened.

  • ARTICLE 2. Administration of Child Day Care Licensing

    Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the record review LPA was unable to review a Mandated Reporter certificate. Licensee stated she does not have a copy available for review.
