What the inspector wrote

On 04/29/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Courtnee Peebles arrived announced at 01:20 pm to inform licensee about Title 22 regulations. LPA informed licensee of all the items that are required by Title 22. Licensee currently has a mesh fence that stands 5 FT that is key locked and is self-closing and self-latching. LPA Peebles informed licensee to obtain a life ring that has Minimum exterior diameter of 17 inches and Approved by the United States Coast Guard. A pool alarm that is ASTM International Standard F2208 and daily documentation to ensure all pool regulations are properly enforced before opening, as well as a Rescue pole Minimum length of 12 feet that is Equipped with an attached body hook. Licensee stated, they fully understand the qualifications for licensee with pools and will comply accordingly. Licensee will be closed for summer break and will obtain all pool safety requirement items to be in compliance with title 22. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this this report was reviewed with and handed to Licensee Jennifer Furlotte. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview.
