All interviews revealed that C1 is potty trained, however does ask for assistance to be cleaned after having a bowel movement. LIC stated C1 did have a bowel movement that day while in LIC’s care and LIC did clean C1 after. The interview further revealed that C1 did not have any redness or rash at the time LIC saw and cleaned C1 that day and interviews revealed that C1 did not complain about any discomfort while in care of LIC or P2. Based on interviews, the allegation that licensee did not meet C1’s toileting needs may have occurred, however is not supported or proven by evidence. Therefore, the above allegation is unsubstantiated. A copy of this report, LIC 811 Confidential Names List and appeal rights were given and explained to Licensee Bertha Merlo.
