On the date and time listed, an Informal Conference was held in the Riverside Child Care Regional Office. Present in the conference were: Facility Representative Richard Szydlowski, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Aaron Ross, and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Perla Ordones. The Conference was called to discuss the facility's most recent issues of: 1. Teacher Qualifications and Duties 2. Child Care Center Director Qualifications and Duties Facility agrees to submit an action plan which details how the facility will come into compliance with Title 22 Regulations. As a result of this informal conference, Facility Representative Richard Szydlowski understands the department\342\200\231s expectations and agrees to maintain compliance with Title 22 Regulations. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Facility Representative Richard Szydlowski.
