What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tricia Danielson arrived unannounced to the facility to follow up on plans of correction (POC) concerning deficiencies cited during an annual inspection on December 4, 2025. LPA met with Licensee Veronica Hernandez and explained the purpose of the visit. During today's inspection, the following was observed: LPA verified a pool alarm is in working order and in compliance with ASTM International Standard F2208 and in place in both the pool and spa. Licensee provided documentation confirming it is compliance with ASTM International Standard F2208. LPA verified there is a life ring with a minimum exterior diameter of 17 inches and labeled as approved by the U.S. Coast Guard and is available for use near the pool and spa. LPA confirmed the Licensee maintains a daily pool inspection log to ensure all safety measures are in place before the facility open. Deficiencies cited on December 4, 2025 concerning the pool are now cleared. Letters of Deficiency Citations Cleared were provided. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with and provided to licensee Hernandez. Appeal Rights were also discussed and provided to licensee Hernandez. An LIC 9213- Notice of Site Visit was also issued and must remain posted near the main entrance for 30 days. Non-compliance with posting will result in a $100 fine. This report must be accessible to the public for three years.
