3 out of 4 confidential witnesses were interviewed and stated that they had no concerns regarding the statement alleged. LPA attempted to interview child 1, however, due to scheduling conflicts with the guardian, an interview with the child was not obtained. Based on observations, facility records, and interviews with Licensee, S1, S2, and confidential witnesses, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations that the Licensee did not meet a day care child's diapering needs. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED at this time. A notice of site visit was given to Licensee Ana Gonzalez must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with Licensee Ana Gonzalez. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview.
