STAFFING RATIO AND CAPACITY
Staffing Ratio and Capacity: The capacity specified on the license shall be the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time.This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation made during today's inspection, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The licensee was providing care for 18 children. This poses/posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
Reporting Requirement: The licensee shall report to the Department any of the events as specified in Health and Safety Code Sections 1597.467(b)(1)(A) through (b)(3)(C) that occur during the operation of the family childcare home. This requirement was not being met as evidenced by the licensee’s failure to report verbally and in writing, via the Unusual Incident Report form (LIC624B), the incident the pantsing of children in care. This poses a potential Health, Safety or Personal Rights risk to the children in care.
