Due to the executive order issued by Governor Newsom on March 16, 2020 regarding COVID-19 regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, on May, 21, 2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Timeka Reed delivered findings for the complaint allegation initiated on March 11, 2021, to Licensee via telephone. On the above date LPA Reed discussed with facility Administrator, Anita Goonetilleke personal rights of children in care. It was discussed that rewards systems in place as well as discipline procedures should consider the perspective of the child when implemented. Based on verbal conversation with administrator it was determined that although there are no violations of personal rights, the facility will include a refresher training in an all staff meeting which will address personal rights.
