Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Tricia Danielson and Hayley McCarthy arrived unannounced to the facility for a change of classroom. LPAs met with Licensee Kathy Everhart and explained the purpose of the visit. During today's visit, LPAs toured room 23, the newly identified school age after school care classroom. The classroom is set up with appropriate furniture and age appropriate equipment. An approved fire clearance was granted for 30 children ages 4 to 14 on 10/8/2025. The facility has an approved waiver for a share playground. The application to utilize room 23 is approved. An exit interview was conducted and this report was reviewed with and provided to Licensee Everhart. An LIC 9213- Notice of Site Visit was also issued and must remain posted near the main entrance for 30 days. Non-compliance with posting will result in a $100 fine. This report must be accessible to the public for three years.
