A case management visit is being conducted in response to the receipt of an unusual incident report (UIR) from the facility. The UIR was received by the licensing agency on Monday April 27, 2026. It indicates that on Friday, April 24, 2026 Child One (C1) was inappropriately touched by Child Two (C2) due to a lack of supervision. C1 advised their parent after pick up, and the parent reported to the school. LPA reviewed and gathered evidence, interviewed staff and children, and as a result, the facility acted appropriately and no violations have been identified at this time. In addition, the incident was reported to CCL and documentation was observed in the child’s file and parents were notified. Records review also confirmed that the CCC was operating within proper staff to child ratios. An exit interview was held with Director Sarah Whitaker, and a copy of this report was issued, along with a Notice of Site visit. This report shall be public record for three years.
