What the inspector wrote

On June 3, 2026 at approximately 01:13 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jesse Gardner conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to increase the capacity. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director Sarah George. Applicant is requesting to increase their capacity from 120 to 133. Indoor and outdoor activity space utilized for the children was inspected today. LPA continued to tour the facility and measured the Classroom number 141 measuring 282 square feet which is sufficient to accommodate 8 children. LPA observed age-appropriate furniture and equipment, including tables, chairs, cubbies, bookshelves, and other activity supplies for the children. Drinking water is available in the facility via filtered drinking water. Hazards were not observed to be accessible to children. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property. The Fire Clearance was requested on May 14, 2026, but has not been granted as of yet. LPA observed a total of 3 sinks and 4 toilets available for children’s use. These are sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity. An exit interview was discussed where a copy of this report was provided along with a copy of the Notice of Site Visit. The use of the classroom cannot be granted until a Fire Clearance is obtained.
