What the inspector wrote

On August 15, 2023, at 3:09 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anastasia Flores, arrived and was granted access to facility by, teacher, Adrianna West. LPA met with Director, Desi Andrews and informed licensee the purpose of the visit to open an investigation in regard to the above stated allegations. During this visit, LPA toured the facility and took census. LPA observed that during this time, the facility was operating within ratio. LPA gathered evidence and conducted interview with the director. LPA observed and took photos of the five playhouses against the fence which had evidence of cobwebs & spiders. Director informed LPA that the playground was cleaned in the morning by another staff and that the children had been outside the morning of 8/15/23. Based on interview and LPA observation, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegations are found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, article 7section: 101238 (a)Buildings and Grounds, are being cited on the attached LIC 9099D.An exit interview was conducted, and a copy this report, 9099D and appeal rights was reviewed and handed to Director, Desi Andrews. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
