Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the playground with climbing equipment has cobwebs on the play structure and in the toys inside the bucket by back fence, the smaller water faucet has bird feces in the sink at time of inspection, children playing on playground prior to being cleaned. This poses a potential, health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
