LPA observed all hazardous items to be inaccessible to children. There are no changes to the playground area and a waiver remains in place for a shared playground as well as two (2) shared restrooms. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property. An approved fire clearance was granted on November 4, 2024. Director Moran was reminded that any changes to the facility must be reported to and approved by Community Care Licensing. Based on the approved fire clearance, observations, and measurements taken during today's visit, rooms 17 and 18 are approved for the increase in capacity.
