Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above iwhich poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Upon LPA's arrival, Staff 1, who does not have a CPR/1st Aid certificate, was alone with the children while Licensee picked up school-aged children.
