On 07/17/25, at 12:10 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Courtnee Peebles made an unannounced Case Management inspection and met with Director Carrie Rouch regarding an Unusual Incident Report (UIR) submitted by the Child Care Center (CCC), to the Community Care Licensing Department (CCLD). On 07/15/25, CCLD received a UIR from CCC reporting a water shutoff on 07/10/2025 from 05:00 AM to 08:00 AM. During the visit, Director Rouch provided LPA evidence of the communication provided to guardians via procare, with the attached UIR that the CCC submitted to CCLD along with the message provided to the complex regarding the water shutoff on 07/10/25.
