Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

However, LPAs did observe that the Licensee has multiple pets, including two dogs and a cat that are housed indoors, and although the facility appeared to be clean, LPAs noted that there was excess fur on the kitchen table which was confirmed by the Licensee to be one of the tables the day care children use to eat their food. Additionally, it was also noted that there was excess fur throughout the facility, which stuck to the LPAs computer equipment, equipment bags, and clothing. Based on LPAs observations, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED . See LIC 9099D for deficiency cited. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the Licensee, Angela Rodriguez and a copy was provided. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview. A Notice of Site visit was given, and the Licensee understands that it must remain posted for 30 days.
