What the inspector wrote

The facility is being cited under Health and Safety Code, Section 1596.857 (a) Rights of parent or guardian to inspect facility without advance notice. See deficiency report for citation cited. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report, LIC 9099-D, and appeal rights was provided to Licensee Jeilyn Planos. A Notice of Site Visit was issued and posted.
