What Happened
Unannounced case management visit for pool safety compliance per AB 2866. Pool fencing and alarm system meet requirements. Citation issued for rescue pole that does not meet minimum 12-foot length requirement.
Observations

- 5-foot mesh fence with self-latching, key-lockable gate positioned 60" from ground
- Gate opens away from pool
- Retaining wall with additional fencing to meet 5-foot requirement
- Pool alarm installed and tested, meets ASTM F2208 standard
- 20-inch life ring approved by U.S. Coast Guard
- No windows or doors with direct pool access
- Daily pool inspection log maintained
