On 11/19/2025 at 1:05 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Cindy Hamilton and Sumayya Habeebulla arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit to follow up on AB2866 requirements which were noted on the annual inspection conducted on 07/23/2025. Present during the visit was Licensee, assistant and ten childcare children. During the visit, LPAs inspected the in-ground pool area, and the following were observed and or discussed. LPAs observed the following corrections completed: \302\267 Wrought iron fencing for the entrance to pool area now has a vertical clearance of 2 inches and a gap next to planter has been reduced using black metal mesh and additional wrought iron. These corrections are in compliance with Title 22. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Amber Hyde, and a copy of this report, appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit was reviewed with and provided to licensee. Licensee was reminded that the Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days. A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years.
