Correction check·August 28, 2025

On 08/28/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jesse Gardner conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit to the facility. During the POC visit, LPA toured the facility to verify the corrections and the following was noted. 1. For the deficiency cited on 07/30/2025, Licensee agreed to correct the bottom of the fencing measurement at no more than 2" surrounding the pool. Licensee provided proof of correction via email on 08/19/2025 and on today's date LPA visually verified the correction. POC clear. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Eileen Ortado where a copy of this report was reviewed with and provided along with a copy of the Appeal Rights. A Notice of Site Visit was also provided and must be posted for 30 days.
