What the inspector wrote

On April 14, 2025, at 10:05 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brian Morris arrived at Desert Preschool Academy #334845345 to conduct a case management visit to address UIR follow up for incident dated 04/02/2025 at 10:43 AM. This LPA requested documentation, reviewed staff files, reviewed children files, interviewed Teacher #1, Child #1 (Dis-Enrolled), and site supervisor. During the facility tour, this LPA toured the playground area, preschool classroom #1, preschool classroom #2 and preschool classroom #3. On 04/02/2025 it was alleged by C1, that T1 hit C1, C1 reported this to their parent on 04/02/2025 after class. C1’s parent expressed concern and contacted Riverside Sheriff’s Department for assistance. On 04/02/2025, Deputy Wright arrived at Desert Preschool Academy #334845345 to investigate the incident. T1 reports, they answered the questions and spoke with Deputy Wright and denied the allegations. This LPA will follow up with Program Director Margie Sanchez for additional information. This LPA has no current concerns for the facility. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to the Site Supervisor Yulisa Medina. A Notice of Site Visit was provided, and Site Supervisor understands this must remain posted for 30 days.
