Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrea Taylor conducted an unannounced case management inspection to follow-up on Unusual Incident Reports (UIRs) submitted by the facility. There has been an outbreak of Hand, Foot and Mouth at the facility. During the inspection, LPA toured the facility, took census, and met with Site Director Julia Fletes to discuss the reported incidents. LPA and Director discussed the need for deep cleaning of classrooms, all toys, outdoor equipment, napping equipment and anything the children might touch while at school. The Director did speak to the Public Health Department. Based on the information obtained there appeared to be no violations of Title 22 Regulations therefore no citations were issued. An exit interview was held with Director Julia Fletes. A copy of this report was issued, along with a copy of Appeal Rights and a Notice of Site visit.
