This agency has completed its investigation into the allegation that an adult yells at children in care. Based on confidential interviews, observations, and a review of records, the complaint has been determined to be unsubstantiated. A finding of unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have occurred or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Brianne Allen, and copies of the report and appeal rights were provided. A Notice of Site Visit was also issued and must remain posted at the facility for 30 days.
