What Happened
The annual inspection found ratios and supervision in compliance, but thorny outdoor vegetation was noted and the mandated reporter training had expired. The rest of the home was generally maintained in compliance, with children's records complete and fire and disaster drills current.

- Plants, trees, or bushes with thorns were observed outdoors.
- Mandated reporter training had expired on 2021-08-15.

Based on observation made by LPA of bushes/trees located outdoor, in areas previous utilized for play, which had thorns on the branches. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above however, due to extreme weather conditions, the children have not played outdoors for sometime. Therefore, this only poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
