Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the file review LPA reviewed current CPR/1st Aide certificates that were valid, however, the training was not provided through an EMSA approved vendor.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by:Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal rights to the children in care. During the facility tour LPAs observed C1 sleeping with a blanket. LPA explained the Safe Sleep regulations to the Licensee. Licensee stated the child is new and is using the blanket as a safety net but she understands the risk and will not allow him to use the blanket.

This requirement was not evidenced by: Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet Personnel Requirements regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. Licensee stated S1 did not have a CPR/1st Aid card available for review during the inspection. When LPA arrived S1 was left alone with the children.
