What the inspector wrote

On date and time listed, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Aaron Ross and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elyse Jones conducted a meeting held in the Riverside Child Care Regional Office and met with Licensee Yuhuan Xiao. Language services for a Mandarin translator was offered, Licensee declined. The conference focused on the following items: 1. Operation of a Family Child Care Home 2. Term of a License 3. Conduct Inimical 4. Criminal Record Clearance During the meeting the Licensee understood and agrees to be in compliance with the topics/regulations above. -The Licensee agrees to submit a written letter advising the Department of her affiliation to 14421 Chandler St Eastvale, CA 92880. Letter will be do on or by December 22, 2025. The Licensee was informed that licensing form (LIC 279) Family Child Care Application must be updated if/when an adult resides in the home. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Licensee, Yuhuan Xiao.
