Based on record review for S4 it was documented that he/she was hired as a Teacher. However, after LPA reviewed S4's transcripts and looking up the course decription it was determined S4 has not completed required core classes. S4 is not currently enrolled which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
