What the inspector wrote

An Informal Conference was held in the Riverside Child Care Regional Office on this date, May 19, 2026. Present in the conference were Licensee Carmela Garnica, Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Gilbert Sena, and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Samuel Lopez. The Conference was called to discuss the facility's most recent issues of: 1. Indoor/Outdoor Activity Space 2. Alterations to Existing Buildings 3. Care and Supervision 4. Infant Care 5. Limitations on Capacity 6. Reporting Requirements 7. Criminal Record Clearance 8. Staff Requirements LPMs reviewed/discussed concerns with the previous deficiencies cited regarding the topics listed above. LPM reviewed the Departments Technical Support Program (TSP), application process, and encouraged the Licensee to voluntarily enroll and/or complete outside vendor training related to the topis discussed, along with Community Care Licensing Child Care Center Orientation. Therefore the outstanding Plan of Correction for the citation issued on 3/24/2026, will be cleared as of today. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee Carmela Garnica.
