Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an immediate health & safety risk to the children in care. During the facility tour the Licensee did not have a working carbon monoxide detector. During the inspection the Licensee found a working detector in the kitchen drawer which she understands must remain plugged in or a battery must be installed.
