Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential health and safety risk to the children in care. During the review of facility documents, the Licensee stated she has a facility roster, however, she was unable to locate it during the inspection.

During the children’s file review the LPA reviewed sleep logs for C1, C2, C3 that were timed for every 30 minutes. All sleep logs had set times such as 12:15PM, 12:45PM, 1:15PM, etc.
