What the inspector wrote

On 09/02/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Raymond Moorehead arrived at the facility to conduct a Case Management Visit. The following was discussed and/or mentioned. The Case Management visit was conducted in order to make a correction on the off-limits areas that were listed in the Pre-Licensing report that was completed on 08/19/2025. Licensee understands and agrees that her Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the backyard is considered an additional play space. Licensee agrees and understands that children may not sleep or eat inside the ADU in the backyard. Licensee agrees and understands that the children are to have access to Licensee's main house. Updated off-limits areas are as follows: garage, all rooms in main house except for the kitchen and dining room. Licensee stated that the kitchen and dining room will be used for eating. Licensee stated that children do not nap during the program and children will either eat outside or inside the main house's kitchen and dining room. Licensee agrees to update facility sketch for areas that are no longer off limits. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Mayson Keith, Licensee. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
