On date and time listed, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Aaron Ross and Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Elyse Jones conducted a meeting held in the Riverside Child Care Regional Office and met with Kewei Xiao, Applicant. Language services for a Cantonese translator was offered, Applicant declined. The conference focused on the following items: 1. Pending Application 2. Operation of a Family Child Care Home 3. Conduct Inimical During the meeting the Applicant understood and agrees to be in compliance with the topics/regulations above. - The Licensee agrees to submit a written letter advising the Department of his affiliation to 7185 Wild Lilac Street Eastvale, CA 92880. Letter should include when he moved out of the facility located on Wild Lilac Street and where his primary residence is currently at. Applicant disclosed he has outside employment. LPM explained Licensees must be present at least 80% of the day. The Applicant was also informed that he will be notified within the next 30 days of the license status of the pending application. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Kewei Xiao, Applicant.
