On Friday, February 13, 2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jesse Gardner conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver an amended report that was originally issued on January 30, 2026 in reference to complaint number 10-CC-20260115111150. LPA met with Assistant LaToya Neely and explained the purpose of the visit. There were 7 infants present and 12 infants enrolled at time of visit when LPA arrived. LPA conducted a tour and found no deficiencies or areas of concern. An exit interview was held with Assistant LaToya Neely and a copy of this report was discussed and provided along with a Notice of Site visit. This report shall be public record for three years.
