What Happened
Annual inspection found licensee alone with 9 children exceeding appropriate supervision ratio. Deficiency cited for staffing violation. Situation corrected when husband arrived during inspection. Children's records incomplete and CPR certification expired.

Based on observation and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above where Licensee was with 9 children alone in care. The Licensee is licensed to 14 children; however, this is with an Assistant present. At time of inspection, Licensee was alone. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
