What the inspector wrote

page. 2 Based on conflicting statements from interviews and record review, LPA is unable to corroborate the allegation that, staff are not meeting children's toileting needs. This allegation may have occurred; however, it is not supported, or proven by evidence. Therefore, the above allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, appeal rights, along with a Notice of Site Visit was provided to Director, Margarita Torres. Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 consecutive days in a prominent place, visible to families and caregivers.
