What Happened
Annual unannounced inspection passed with one technical violation for outdated roster. Facility operating within licensed 14-child capacity with 4 children present. All safety equipment functional and records complete. Licensee responsive to children's needs.
Observations

- Licensee Gabriela Ramirez responsive and aware of children locations
- Fire clearance approved 04/09/2024 by Riverside County Fire Department
- Fire extinguisher (2A:10BC) fully charged
- Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors functioning and tested
- No fireplace in home
- Mandated Reporter Training valid until August 02, 2025
- Pediatric CPR and First Aid expires June 26, 2026
- Health and Safety Certificate completed 06/27/2020
- All background clearances and exemptions obtained
