What the inspector wrote

On August 11, 2022 Licensing Program Analysts Ana Noble and Lorena Valenzuela arrived at the facility to conducted a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection for the crib area due to changes that had been made from the original layout in which measurements had already been taken on a prior inspection. LPA toured the infant classroom with Ms. Clark. LPA observed a newly installed refrigerator and changes made to the diaper change station which made a difference of 1 infant. LPA reviewed this information with Gayle Clark. Ms.Clark decided to move the changing table back to having the changing table face the entrance verses against the wall. This allows the original usable space for activities. LPAs took pictures of the entire classroom. The License will be submitted for approval for a total of 15 infants. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Gayle Clark, Applicant.
