What the inspector wrote

On February 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM, an office conference was held at the Riverside Child Care Regional Office at the request of Licensee Nam De Silva. Present at the meeting were Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Pauline Beschorner, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sandra Pulido, LPA Courtnee Peebles, Licensee (LIC) Nam De Silva, Administrator (AD) Chamali De Silva, Director (DIR) Adrianna West, and an advocate for the Child Care Center, Gary Andary. The purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss regulatory requirements outlined in Title 22, Division 12, including but not limited to Care and Supervision, Reporting Requirements, Buildings and Grounds, and Food Service. Licensee Nam De Silva stated their understanding of and agreement to operate the facility in full compliance with all applicable Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Code requirements. The following topics were discussed during the conference: 1. Complaint investigation findings 2. Unusual Incident Reports 3. Comingling 4. School-age requirements 5. Plan of Corrections LPM Beschorner reminded Licensee Nam De Silva of the importance of maintaining full regulatory compliance to ensure the health and safety of children in care.This information applies to all components operating at this site, including license numbers 336300576 and 336300577. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Nam De Silva, and a copy of this report was provided.
