What the inspector wrote

On 07/01/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kelli Waters arrived to conduct a plan of correction (POC) visit. LPA Waters previously conducted a case management visit on 04/18/25 regarding a capacity increase. LPA met with Licensee, Natalia Mironova. Translation was provided by a family friend. During POC visit for a capacity increase, LPA inspected the in-ground pool area, and the following was observed and or discussed. Applicant has made the following corrections: \342\200\242 Wrought iron fence will be 5 feet tall in retaining wall section. \342\200\242 Gate will be self-latching with a key-lockable device no lower than 60 inches above the ground \342\200\242 Wrought iron fencing will be no more than 2 inches from bottom along the fencing in all areas. \342\200\242 Licensee will install an in-water alarm meeting ASTM International Standard F2208 \342\200\242 Licensee will prevent access to pool area from 2 windows located within the pool area. Items still needed to be corrected: \342\200\242 Licensee will have new assistant with a background clearance, and mandated reporter training certificate record on file. Once all corrections have been reviewed, licensee will be approved for a maximum capacity of 14 children with parent notification and no more than 3 infants at one time. If 12 children are present, no more than 4 may be infants. Infants are defined as any child under 24 months of age. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Natalia Mironova, and a copy of this report was provided to the applicant on this date. A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years.
