What the inspector wrote

On 05/06/2025, at time listed above, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gabriela Hernandez, arrived for a Case Management visit, initiated by the licensee, for the purpose of verifying plan of correction has been met for deficiency given on 04/29/25 for Title 22 CCR 102417(g)(5). LPA Hernandez met with Licensee Martha Delgadillo. LPA Hernandez completed a visual inspection of the facility, and took census. During visit, LPA observed the above ground pool did not have any water at the time of inspection. The height of the above ground pool is 4ft tall. LPA observed a five-foot-tall mesh type fencing has been installed that surrounds the above-ground pool to prevent direct access from the home including all sliding glass doors and windows. The mesh fencing is in compliance with ASTM Standard F2286. Additionally, fencing contains a gate with a self-latching and self-closing door, which swings away from the pool. The ladder was also removed and stored in the garage. Licensee understands all bodies of water including ponds, above ground pools & spas, in-ground pools & spas, and some fountains must be properly covered or fenced per Title 22 Regulations. The Department must be notified before and after installation of the above types of bodies of water. In addition, all wading pools or similar product must be emptied immediately after use and stored in an upright position. There were no deficiencies cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. During the exit interview, the LICENSEE Martha Delgadillo, confirmed that there are no Registered Sex Offenders living in the facility and LPA completed the RSO profile in FAS. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee Martha Delgadillo.
