What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brian Morris conducted a case management visit on 03/06/2026 at 10:00 AM. LPA met with Licensee Dora Lucero and advised her of the reason for the visit. LPA initially arrived to conduct an unannounced annual inspection and noticed construction at the residence and is also completing a Case Management visit. Licensee Lucero provided County of Riverside Building and Safety Department documentation stating the construction was permitted as of 06/04/2025, with permit # BRS2500206, Job address: 25385 Avenida Ramada, Homeland, CA 92548. Licensee Lucero reports, this ADU space will not be used for childcare, this is a rental space that our family will rent out, the renters will not be assisting with the childcare, and they will not have direct access to our home or the daycare children. Licensee is aware, all household residents must have their fingerprint clearance, prior to moving into the address of 25385 Avenida Ramada, Homeland, CA 92548. There are no deficiencies being cited. A notice of site visit was given to licensee Dora Lucero and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Dora Lucero. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview.
